Thank You Note from Mother of the Bride

Congratulations to Emily and Adam who were married on the Carolina Girl on Sat. September 15!¬? We received this sweet note from Emily’s mom a couple of days after.

Just a note to let you know what a fabulous time the Jeffcoat/Marshall clan had this past weekend aboard the Carolina Girl.¬? Our event was by far the best wedding we’ve attended (although we are a little bias)!

When we first came aboard 8 months ago when we were first starting our search for a venue Emily and I were not serious¬?about the yacht.¬? We knew we wanted a southern themed event¬?and were thinking “plantation”.¬? As we left that meeting we decided that you could not get more southern that cruising around Charleston on a yacht while¬?viewing the beautiful city .¬? We were sold and did some fast talking to convince dad to get on board with the idea.¬? He finally¬?agreed although still skeptical.

All of our guests loved the event and most importantly the bride and groom had a blast!¬? Thank you to you and your crew and Camille especially to you! You were the best and saw to our every need.¬? Some of our guests thought you were a special friend of ours because of the way you interacted with us.¬? You made our day as stress free as possible and I thank you for that. At the end of the night Emily came to me and was not only happy for she and her new husband but it meant a lot to her that her “daddy” was so pleased as well.
