Its that time again…the Carolina Girl is down in Savannah for its Coast Guard inspection.  Every two years, the yacht has to be hauled out of the water.  After stopping in Beaufort for a night, they finally made it.

Carolina Girl’s Scenic Trip to Savannah

Congratulations to Jessie and Paulie who hosted their ceremony and reception aboard the Carolina Girl!  Their ceremony was held on the upper deck overlooking the historic Battery in Charleston harbor.

There is potential for meeting your future spouse on the Carolina Girl!  I began working for the yacht 3 years ago when it launched.  Shortly after, I was introduced to Chris Berge during an event on the boat.  Long story short…we got engaged on the Carolina Girl and had our rehearsal dinner on the boat!  I would say the Carolina Girl has a bit of special meaning to us!

Carrie and Mark chose to host a Sunday mid-morning wedding for their guests.  The weather was beautiful this time of day and made for some great pictures!  Even at 11am, guests were dancing away thanks to our talented music coordinator and top notch sound system!
